Tomorrow, you will be a year old. It is a bittersweet day for me and your dad. On one hand, we are sad that you are no longer a little teeny baby, sad that you can’t fit in those newborn clothes, and sad that you are becoming so independent. On the other hand, playing chase with you, watching you dance, and listening to the pitter-pat of your little feet through the house are the best parts of our day now. I know that time is going by so quickly, and we are making an effort to breathe and enjoy every second of it.
